SHIPPING & RECEIVING POLICY

Dear valued customers, we appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver the highest quality. of hunting apparel.  For delivery of our products please anticipate a delivery window of 7 - 30 days after purchase.  Your understanding empowers us to maintain the superior craftsmanship that defines our brand.  Some of our products are made in the U.S., Mexico, China, and Canada.  We are working towards producing products from Canada and the U.S. only eventually. Thank you for being part of our hunting community and for all things camo and your understanding of delivery timelines!  Please purchase your desired hunting camo 4 weeks ahead of them being required if you want to make sure you have them for opening season

 

SHIPPING & RECEIVING 

Once you get to your checkout window we will provide an estimated delivery date. We will also include that date in your order confirmation email.

 

STANDARD

  • Free shipping 

  • Package arrives between 7-35 days.

  • Customer is responsible for some duty charges that may apply on some of our products. This may vary depending on where the customer lives.

  • Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use only the best packaging materials to ensure that your purchases are safe and secure during transit.

At Hunting Nebula, we stand behind the quality and durability of our hunting apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for a different size or colour. 

 

Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
